When Southwest refreshed their branding, they called upon Razorfish to overhaul their website and mobile app experiences. In addition to the experience design projects, we also developed a number of digital marketing campaigns.

Mobile App
We redesigned the mobile app experience for iOS and Android. The new experience surfaced key actions (booking a flight, checking flight status, etc.) and trip cards that have a clear information hierarchy, highlighting important information like boarding group/position and flight status.

We redesigned the entire Southwest.com experience from top to bottom.

My Account
My Account is the online portal for Southwest Rapid Rewards members to manage upcoming reservations, check their points/status, etc.
Southwest The Store
Southwest The Store is an online portal for Southwest employees to purchase brand merchandise. I worked within a small team to reimagine the space to feel more like a online retail shop and align to the new established design system from the larger .com experience.

We concepted many ad campaigns surrounding fare sales, including Facebook and banner ads surrounding each campaign. The main challenge was coming up with new concepts for the same fare sales with a limited library of assets.
